• Updated review of progress on website; and
• Consider development of further guidance/best practices for implementing principles in Paragraph 92 of the MOU .

The meeting will focus on the process to trigger capacity emergency DR programs a la the ISO-NE capability response program driven by OP4, but tailored to a Vermont problem. ANR needs a process define a Vermont reliability issue to restructure their policy to allow emergency generation to run in support of DR.
